About Jack

Jack is a licensed Realtor® who is brokered with Twin Oaks Real Estate, Inc. He serves San Francisco, San Mateo County, Santa Clara County, Alameda County, and Contra Costa County. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, basic Mandarin, and 龙都话 (Chinese dialect from Zhongshan, Guangdong Province).

Before becoming a Realtor®, Jack graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a degree in Business Economics and a minor in Accounting. Jack worked accounting until he realized accounting is not for him. Instead of accounting, Jack decided to help his father out at his construction company. His father is a licensed general contractor so at a young age, Jack was exposed to everything about houses. He worked as a project manager, laborer, and bookkeeper there. This enabled him to learn how to do fix and flips, long-term rental properties, and short term rentals. Jack decided to try short-term rentals in 2019 and is currently an Airbnb Super Host and VRBO Premier Host.

Born and raised in San Francisco, California to an immigrant family, Jack had experienced the many struggles of an immigrant family. These experiences and struggles help strengthen him into a hardworking, tenacious, and patient person. Through adventures and exploration as a native, Jack developed extensive knowledge of the San Francisco Bay Area. He strives to provide all his clients, whether investors or first time home buyers, exceptional customer service, dedication, and patience in searching for the perfect home. You can always count on him for his honesty, integrity, and commitment. Nothing beats seeing the smiles on his clients’ faces.
